APATA’S EASTER MESSAGE OF HOPE AND RESURRECTION

I warmly felicitate with all Christians on the joyous celebration of Easter, a sacred season that reflects the boundless love, sacrifice, and triumphant resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Easter stands as the foundation of our faith, reminding us that light will always overcome darkness, and hope will always prevail over despair.

As recorded in John 11:25, “I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live.” This powerful assurance calls us to live with faith, courage, and unshakable hope.

The sacrifice of Christ on the cross remains the greatest expression of divine love and redemption. As expressed in Romans 5:8, the Scripture tells us, “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”

This season, therefore, calls for deep reflection and a renewed commitment to love, compassion, and selfless service to one another.

As we celebrate the victory of life over death, Easter also reminds us of the need for renewal, unity, and collective progress.

In the face of challenges, we must rise above division and work together in peace and harmony for the betterment of our society.

Let us remain steadfast in faith and unwavering in good works, as encouraged in 1 Corinthians 15:58, “Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord.”

May the joy of the risen Christ fill our hearts, strengthen our faith, and usher in peace, progress, and abundant blessings in our land.
