In a statement issued by his Media Team, Hon. Eniafe described the annual festival as a vital platform for cultural renaissance, unity, and community development. He commended the Obaagun Day Planning Committee and the traditional council, led by the Olobaagun of Obaagun, for sustaining the rich heritage and promoting peace among indigenes.

_“Obaagun Day reminds us of who we are — a people bound by history, values, and shared aspirations. Our culture is our strength, and we must continue to leverage it for youth empowerment, investment, and inclusive growth,”_ Eniafe said.

The OSHA aspirant used the occasion to seek support for the _AMBO_ project of the Osun APC governorship candidate, _Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji_, which he described as _“a blueprint for accelerated grassroots development and responsive representation.”_ He urged constituents to align with the vision for a new Ifelodun built on unity, accountability, and people-first policies.

In a show of commitment to community development, Hon. Eniafe announced a cash donation of thousands of naira towards the _Obaagun Community Development Fund_ to support ongoing projects in the town.

_“Development is not a slogan; it is action. What we give today is a seed. When we get to the House, we will water it into a forest of opportunities for Ifelodun,”_ he told cheering supporters.

Hon. Eniafe congratulated the Kabiyesi, the chiefs-in-council, and all Obaagun indigenes on the successful celebration, praying for continued peace, prosperity, and divine favour upon the land.

He was accompanied by party stalwarts, youth leaders, and women groups from across Ifelodun State Constituency.
