Aragbiji Palace Hosts 67th Ramadan Lecture, Urges Responsible Social Media Use

The Aragbiji Palace today, 22nd March 2025, hosted a Ramadan lecture on the impact of social media on the Muslim Ummah. The event, which was well-attended by Muslims from across Iragbiji and the state, aimed to raise awareness about the influence of social media on Muslim society.
Renowned Islamic scholar Ustadh Meeekahil Abdul-Azeez (Almatory) delivered the lecture, titled "Impact of Social Media on Muslim Ummah." He emphasized the need for responsible social media use, promoting positive content, and avoiding distractions that can negatively impact spiritual growth.
The Aragbiji of Iragbiji, His Royal Majesty Oba Rasheed Ayotunde Olabomi (JP) FCIPM, FNIM, MNIPR, FAFUED FOSCOTECH Odundun IV Asoludero, and Pro-Chancellor, Chairman of the Governing Council of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNANB), hosted the lecture.
