Osun PDP And Mischief: A Deliberate Attempt To Distort History. By Opeyemi Utility

 

The concern citizen of Osun and member of APC  has raised alarm over the alleged removal of marble commissioning plaques from 332 Primary Health Care (PHC) facilities renovated by the previous Alh  Adegboyega Oyetola  administration.

According to sources, the PDP-led administration in Osun State has been systematically removing the marble plaques, which bear the name of Alh Gboyega Oyetola as the initiator and commissioner of the projects. This alleged action is believed to be motivated by two reasons:

1. *Erasing Legacy*: To remove the name of Alh Gboyega Oyetola as the initiator and commissioner of the projects, thereby erasing his legacy and contributions to the development of Osun State.

2. *False Attribution*: To fraudulently claim credit for renovating the facilities themselves, thereby deceiving the public and distorting the record.

This alleged action by the PDP-led administration in Osun State is a deliberate attempt to distort history and mislead the public. It is a shameful and dishonorable act that undermines the integrity and transparency that are expected of public officials.

I calls on the PDP-led administration to stop this mischief and allow the truth to prevail. We demand that the marble commissioning plaques be restored to their original positions, and that the PDP-led administration should stop attempting to erase the legacy of Alh Gboyega Oyetola.

I also call on the people of Osun State to be vigilant and to demand transparency and accountability from their public officials. We must not allow the PDP-led administration to distort our history and undermine our collective heritage.

We  will continue to monitor the situation and will take all necessary steps by exposing your wrong doing and  ensure that the truth is not distorted and that the legacy of Alh Adegboyega Oyetola is not erased.
