Leadership is the accomplishment of a goal through the direction of human assistants. The man who successfully marshals his human collaborators to achieve particular ends is a leader. A great leader can do so day after day and year after year in a wide variety of circumstances. 

Without missing words, Hon. Badiru Kazeem Akolawole, is the best leader who is always after the success of the people around him.

 May Allah help us to continue to protect his life and give him victory over all his enemies.  

May Allah rewards him with long life to reach the fruit of his candidness.
