Aragbiji Encourages Football Talents @ 16th Oba Olabomi Competition Finals

On June 23, 2024, the esteemed Aragbiji of Iragbiji, Oba Abdur-Rasheed Ayotunde Olabomi, (JP) FCIPM, FNIM, MNIPR, Odundun IV Asoludero,  kicked off the final match of the 16th Oba Olabomi Football Competition held at Oke Iragbiji Grammar School Play Field, Iragbiji,Osun State.

Organized by the Iragbiji National Student Union (INSU NHQ 2023/24), the final match of the competition saw Whykay Warriors FC Iragbiji go up with 2-0 against Dapwad Energy FC Iragbiji. 

Oba Olabomi expressed gratitude to God for the successful completion of the competition, thanked the supporters and prayed for the other sponsors and organizers. He congratulated Whykay Warriors FC on their victory, encouraging them to continue their excellent work, while appreciating Dapwad Energy fc to expect victory in future efforts.

The monarch also recognized outstanding individuals performances, presenting cash gifts to the best scorers, best keeper, and tournament officials.
