Osun 2026: We must ensure Oyebamiji's victory, ex-APC Guber Aspirant, Kunle Adegoke gives matching order to followers

The governorship aspirant of the All Progressives Congress, APC in the just concluded APC primary election in Osun State, Barrister Kunle Abdul-Rasheed Adegoke (SAN), popularly called K-RAD, on Saturday directed all loyalists of the party, particularly members of his campaign team, to begin massive sensitization, mobilization and campaign for the party's gubernatorial candidate in the forthcoming governorship election in Osun State,  Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO).

Barrister Adegoke said it had become imperative for all party's loyalists to rise to the occasion by  beginning door-to-door campaigns across nooks and crannies of the state to ensure all round victory for the party's flagbearer. 

This is even as Oyebamiji reassured party members of genuine and even reward for all when he emerges Governor come August 8th, 2026.

Receiving Oyebamiji, who was led by the APC State Chairman, Sooko Tajudeen Lawal, in his campaign office in Osogbo, Barrister Kunle Adegoke disclosed that he and his team had resolved to work for Oyebamiji since his emergence at the party's primary. 

According to him, it is time for every organ of the party to rise and work in unison to ensure Oyebamiji's victory. 

"All hands must be on deck to work for the victory of the party's candidate, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji AMBO. This is a collective effort to rescue our state. I am an actor, i don't give up but i know quite alright that in any contest, one must emerge.

"So, I appeal to all of you to see Oyebamiji as our next governor and work assiduously for his emergence. I have met him before and we have discussed all to ensure his victory. We have resolved that he is our candidate and he is going to lead our party to victory", he added. 

Barrister Adegoke, while appealing to Oyebamiji to open his arms for all, said no effort must be spared to accommodate all and bring everyone on board in the quest to ensure Oyebamiji's victory. 

In his remarks, Oyebamiji thanked Barrister Adegoke for his genuine passion and love for the party, saying "you have been there for all in the party and we pray God to continue to strengthen and reward you bountifully."

" This coming government is for all. We are not going discriminate. I am going to run all inclusive and participatory government. 

"We are going to integrate and harmonize all the groups for the achievement of our collective goal. In all, let's continue to be prayerfully and do all within our power to ensure victory for our party and return APC to government come August 8th this year. I have firm belief that our victory has been granted and guaranteed by Almighty Allah. 

Earlier, APC State Chairman, 

Sooko Tajudeen Lawal applauded Barrister Adegoke for his steadfastness, consistency and immense contributions to the growth and development of the party. 

Tajudeen, who acknowledged the firm belief of K-RAD movement to work in unison for the victory of the party, charged all the leaders and members of the party to return to their units, wards and local governments for genuine mobilization and campaign for the party. 

In his short remarks, former Speaker, Osun State House of Assembly, Hon. Timothy Owoeye urged the party members to remain resolute and work collectively for the party's victory. 

In their separate remarks, members of the K-RAD movement avowed their commitment to mobilize massively for the emergence of Oyebamiji.
