 In a proactive move to ensure the safety and well-being of residents, the Boripe Local Government Executive Council, chaired by Hon. Sikiru Odebunmi and Hon. Bamigbegbin Issacc, has convened a strategic security meeting with all security apparatus in Boripe.


The meeting, held at the Boripe Local Government Secretariat in Iragbiji, brought together representatives from various security agencies, including the Nigeria Police Force, DSS, Civil Defence Corps, Immigration, Intelligent Officer, Vigilante, OPC, Agbekoya, Oluode, and Traditional security groups.

During the meeting, the council and security agencies discussed pressing security concerns and developed effective strategies to prevent and respond to potential threats.

Hon. Sikiru Odebunmi and his counterpart in Boripe North LCDA, Hon. Bamigbegbin Issac Oladejo emphasized the importance of collaboration between the council, security agencies, and the community in ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.

"We are committed to providing a secure environment for our residents, businesses, and visitors," he said. "We will continue to work closely with our security agencies and community stakeholders to achieve this goal."

The meeting was attended by various stakeholders, including local government political officials, security personnel, and community leaders.

The Boripe Local Government Executive Council reaffirms its dedication to the safety and well-being of the Boripe community and will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that residents can live, work, and thrive in a secure and peaceful environment.
