Boripe LG Executives Council Condemns Removal of Commissioning Plaques from Oyetola PHCs Project
The Boripe Local Government Executive Council has strongly condemned the removal of commissioning plaques from Primary Health Centres (PHCs) projects initiated by the immediate past administration of Governor Gboyega Oyetola in Iragbiji, Ororuwo, and Ada.
The council views this act as a deliberate attempt to erase the legacy of the previous administration and undermine the progress made in the development of the local government area.
The Executive Chairman of Boripe Local Government, Hon. Sikiru Odebunmi, described the removal of the plaques as "unacceptable and petty politics." He emphasized that the projects were executed for the benefit of the people, and the removal of the plaques would not change the fact that the previous administration initiated and completed the projects.
The council calls on the perpetrators to refrain from such acts and instead focus on delivering quality services to the people.
