Honourable Sikiru Adewale Tijani, self equipped with leadership qualities, has always exhibited commendable capacity for responsibilities and challenges, not one who knocks the hammer on the nail in the wrong place.

The disclosure was contained in the tributes paid to him on the occasion of his birthday celebration.

Part of the commendations situated Tijani as standing tall and venerable within the Dr Thomas Olaleye Ogungbangbe's political groups, with the _birthday boy's_ strength of character, visible that makes the groups yield and applaud his points and depth, found measured, calculated and inevitable in a poll of opinions. 

"Tijani, the former Secretary, Oriade South Local Government, demonstrated requisite skill and needed flexibility as he contributed effectively to administrative procedures that ensured the smooth management of the council affairs," a tribute stated, while another revealed that the erstwhile council scribe and Ogungbangbe's aide does not belong in the class of Machiavellian manipulators, sycophants and deceits to earn undue advantage.

The apparent unanimity of views on Tijani, yesterday at the birthday reception, held in Osogbo, the capital of Osun State, translated him, speaking and acting, at every opportunity, the mind and momentum of the groups, optimistic of the progress of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and advancement for Ogungbangbe.

Dr Ogungbangbe, a shrewd business mogul and the recent recipient of the award of *Ore Mekunnu* philanthropist _extraordinaire,_ bridging the gap of prosperity for the needy, is a chieftain of APC in the Ife/Ijesa, Osun East axis of the state.
