OSUN LG ELECTIONS; ELDER STATESMAN, ALHAJI SHUAIB OYEDOKUN MEETS COUNCILLORSHIP CANDIDATES IN ODO-OTIN, PREDICTS VICTORY FOR APC

An Elderstatesman, Alhaji Shuaib Oyedokun has expressed confidence that the All Progressives Congress, APC would record landslide victory in the forthcoming Local Government elections in Osun State as he also charged the nominated councillorship candidates of the APC in Odo Otin Local Government Area to be good ambassadors in their various wards.

Alhaji Oyedokun made this known when he met the APC councillorship candidates at his Inisa residence. The Elderstatesman prayed for them, noting that there would always be misunderstanding during the contest but emphasized the need to settle amicably in the interest of the party.

The team of councillors was welcomed into the venue by the leader in the local government, Akinrogun Poju Odusola, who also charged them to put up strategies that will enable them to be victorious at the forthcoming local government election. 

In his remarks, the party chairman, Alhaji Jimoh Aasa who spoke on behalf of the local government executives appreciated the leadership of the party and charged the candidates to take to the advice of the elders and to have good relationship with their constituents in their various wards.

Also, the candidates who were full of praises to the leaders promised to respect the decision of the party and promised to reconcile with all the warring factions to deliver at the poll. 

In another another development, the Area Commander of the Ikirun Division of the Nigerian Police, ACP Ajayi Williams paid a courtesy visit to the Elderstateman, Alhaji Oyedokun at his country home, Inisa.

In the entourage of the Area Commander are the DPO of Inisa Division, SP Bamidele Gbogo and other ranking officers within the command.
