​Osun 2026: Olohunlalaro Empowers Over 500 Party Supporters Across 145 Polling Units in Ifelodun LG, Urges Massive Votes for AMBO

As the countdown to the August 15, 2026, Osun State Governorship Election gathers momentum, a prominent leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Alhaji Abdulraheem Muhammed Saheed Omokehinde Akofe, popularly known as Olohunlalaro, has empowered over 500 party supporters drawn from the 146 polling units in Ifelodun Local Government Area.

The empowerment programme, held as part of his sustained grassroots mobilization, was aimed at strengthening the party’s structure at the polling unit level while appreciating the commitment and sacrifices of dedicated APC members working tirelessly for the party’s victory.

According to the convener of the programme, Alhaji Taiwo Olohunlalaro, the empowerment initiative was designed to further consolidate the APC’s grassroots structure and motivate party faithful ahead of the August 15 governorship election. He urged all beneficiaries to work tirelessly for the victory of the Osun State APC governorship candidate, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO), by embarking on aggressive door-to-door campaigns, mobilizing voters in their respective polling units, and ensuring a massive turnout for the APC on election day.

He stressed that the success of the party depends on the commitment and dedication of every supporter at the grassroots, adding that every polling unit must deliver overwhelming votes for AMBO. At the end of the programme, the former APC House of Representatives aspirant for Ifelodun, Boripe and Odo-Otin Federal Constituency, Hon. AbdulFatai Gbadamosi Bibire, presented envelopes containing cash gifts to the beneficiaries as a token of appreciation and support.
