OLOHUNLALARO TO IFELODUN VOTERS: “LET OUR VOTES SPEAK FOR THE OSUN WE DESIRE

With the 2026 Osun State Governorship Election only days away, grassroots mobiliser Alhaji Abdulraheem Muhammed Saheed Omokehinde Akofe Ọlọ́hunláláró has delivered a final message of appreciation, unity and responsibility to the people of Ikirun and the entire Ifelodun Local Government Area.
Ọlọ́hunláláró thanked the people for their remarkable reception and support throughout the campaign, noting that the journey across communities, markets, palaces, associations, streets and grassroots groups has further demonstrated the strong desire of the people for purposeful leadership and meaningful development.
He said the campaign period has provided an opportunity to listen to the people, understand their concerns and present a vision for a better Osun State.
“Today, I stand before the good people of Ikirun and Ifelodun with a heart full of gratitude. You welcomed us, listened to us and gave us your confidence. I will never take that support for granted.”
He urged voters to approach the election with peace, maturity and a clear understanding of the responsibility that comes with their votes.
According to him, the election is bigger than individuals and political interests, stressing that the ultimate objective should be the progress, security and prosperity of Osun State.
Ọlọ́hunláláró therefore called on the people of Ifelodun to support Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO) and his running mate, Engr. Benjamin Kayode Adereti, whom he described as capable of providing a new direction for the state.
He appealed particularly to youths, women, traders, artisans, transport workers, community leaders and first-time voters to remain peaceful and ensure they participate responsibly in the democratic process.
“When the time comes, do not allow anger, intimidation, rumours or distractions to determine your choice. Remember the conversations we have had. Remember the future we all desire. Then go out peacefully and let your vote speak.”
He also assured supporters that the grassroots movement would remain committed to the welfare and development of the people beyond the election.
“Our campaign may be coming to an end, but our relationship with the people continues. Politics should be about service, not abandonment. We will continue to stand with our people and work for the progress of Ifelodun and Osun State.”
Ọlọ́hunláláró concluded by calling on all stakeholders to protect the peace of Ikirun and Ifelodun before, during and after the election.
“Let us make history peacefully. Let us choose progress. Let us choose competent leadership. Let us choose a government that will work for the people. On election day, I urge the good people of Ifelodun to come out peacefully, exercise their civic responsibility and vote according to their conscience.”
IFELODUN, THE FUTURE IS IN YOUR HANDS.
AMBO FOR PROGRESS.
AMBO FOR PROSPERITY.
AMBO IS THE ANSWER.
