​ỌLỌ́HUNLÁLÁRÓ INTENSIFIES GRASSROOTS MOBILISATION IN IFON, TAKES AMBO MESSAGE ACROSS KEY COMMUNITY GROUPS

…….Engages Traditional Institution, CAN, Arabic Studies Proprietors and Artisans in Orolu LGA 

The grassroots mobilisation drive of Alhaji Abdulraheem Muhammed-Saheed Omokehinde Akofe Ọlọ́hunláláró, the convener of Team NARON 4 AMBO, continued in earnest on Sunday as the team took the message of Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO) to various strategic groups and stakeholders across Ifon, Orolu Local Government Area of Osun State.

The engagements, which formed part of Ọlọ́hunláláró’s sustained efforts to deepen grassroots interaction ahead of the forthcoming governorship election, brought the campaign message directly to traditional, religious, educational and artisan communities.

The day began with a significant visit to the palace of His Imperial Majesty, Peter Oluwole Ipadeola Akinyooye Ilufemiloye, Olufon of Ifon, where Ọlọ́hunláláró and members of his team paid homage to the traditional institution and presented the vision and message of AMBO.

The palace engagement provided an opportunity to discuss the aspirations of the people, the importance of responsible leadership and the need for a government that will prioritise development, economic prosperity, security and the wellbeing of citizens.

From the traditional institution, the mobilisation team proceeded to engage the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Ifon, strengthening the campaign’s outreach to faith-based stakeholders and communities.

Ọlọ́hunláláró also took the AMBO message to proprietors and stakeholders in Arabic Studies in Ifon, recognising the important role of religious and educational institutions in shaping responsible citizens and strengthening community values.

The grassroots engagement was further extended to various artisan groups in Orolu Local Government, where the team interacted directly with hardworking men and women whose daily activities contribute significantly to the local economy.

The meetings provided a platform for the artisans to express their concerns, share their expectations and engage with the campaign team on issues affecting their livelihoods and businesses.

Across the different engagements, Ọlọ́hunláláró emphasised the importance of taking politics beyond rallies and conventional campaign gatherings by maintaining direct contact with the people at the grassroots.

He reiterated the commitment of Team NARON 4 AMBO to building a stronger connection between the people and the political process, while presenting Oyebamiji’s vision of competence, accountability, development and prosperity as an alternative for the future of Osun State.

The Ifon engagements further demonstrated the expanding reach of Ọlọ́hunláláró’s grassroots mobilisation strategy, which continues to bring the AMBO message to traditional institutions, religious bodies, professional groups, artisans, youths, women and other community stakeholders.

Rather than relying solely on large political gatherings, the mobilisation effort is increasingly focused on door-to-door conversations, stakeholder consultations and community-based engagements, allowing the campaign to listen to the people while explaining the agenda of AMBO.

With the election drawing closer, Team NARON 4 AMBO says it remains committed to sustaining the grassroots contact and ensuring that the message of competence, accountability, development and prosperity reaches communities across Osun State.

Ọlọ́hunláláró’s message remains clear: the road to victory runs through the grassroots, and the grassroots must be carried along.
