In continuation of its intensive grassroots mobilization ahead of the August 15, 2026 Osun State Governorship Election, Team Naron on Wednesday held another strategic meeting with members of the Hausa community in Ikirun to consolidate support for the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO).

The engagement, held at the Olohunlalaro Office, behind Monday Market, Ikirun, brought together respected leaders and members of the Hausa community in an atmosphere of unity and mutual understanding. The meeting focused on strengthening political participation and encouraging support for AMBO’s vision of a more prosperous and inclusive Osun State.

Addressing the gathering, Alhaji AbdulRahmon Phylum, who led the delegation, emphasized the importance of translating support into votes on election day. He urged community members to remain committed to the APC and come out in large numbers on August 15 to cast their ballots for AMBO.

In her remarks, Princess Fausiyah Atobatele appreciated the Hausa community for its peaceful coexistence and immense contributions to the growth of Ikirun and Osun State. She assured them that Alhaji Abdulraheem Muhammed Saheed Omokehinde (Olohunlalaro) remains committed to fulfilling every promise made to the people and fostering a government that will be fair, responsive, and people-oriented.

Also speaking at the meeting, Alhaji Kamorudeen Olayiwola and Alhaji Sarafadeen Oloyede called on every resident, irrespective of ethnic or cultural background, to support the APC in the forthcoming election. They noted that the collective support of all communities is essential to delivering the transformational leadership and sustainable development that AMBO represents.

The meeting further reaffirmed Team Naron’s commitment to inclusive political engagement, ensuring that every eligible voter, including members of the non-indigene community, is fully mobilized and encouraged to participate actively in the democratic process.

With the governorship election fast approaching, Team Naron remains steadfast in its mission to build a broad-based coalition of support that will secure a decisive victory for Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO) and the All Progressives Congress on August 15, 2026.
