After the Contest, Comes Unity”: Hon. Eniade Francis Damilare Calls for Unity and Reconciliation in IBO Federal Constituency
Hon. Eniade Francis Damilare, House of Representatives Candidate for IBO Federal Constituency, has called on all APC leaders, aspirants, and supporters to embrace unity and reconciliation following the conclusion of the party’s primary election.
In a statement released and personally signed by himself, Hon. Eniade expressed gratitude to Almighty God for a peaceful primary process and thanked party elders, stakeholders, fellow aspirants, and supporters for their commitment to democracy and the APC.
He noted that while elections produce a single winner, they do not diminish the capacity, value, or contributions of other aspirants who participated with courage and genuine intent to serve.
“Victory does not make one person the absolute best, neither does it make others lesser individuals. Every aspirant remains a critical stakeholder in the progress of our party and the development of our constituency,” he said.
Hon. Eniade extended sincere apologies to anyone who may have felt hurt or offended during the campaigns, adding that the passion of the moment should not weaken the brotherhood that holds the party together.
He urged all party faithful to set aside differences and focus on the greater task ahead: securing victory for the APC in the forthcoming gubernatorial election this August.
“The primary election is behind us. Now is the time for unity, peace, and collective purpose. Together, we can build a stronger future founded on mutual respect, inclusiveness, progress, and shared prosperity,” he stated.
Hon. Eniade reaffirmed his commitment to inclusive leadership and pledged to work with every stakeholder to strengthen the APC and deliver results for the people of IBO Federal Constituency.
