House of Representatives aspirant for Ifelodun/Boripe/Odo-Otin Federal Constituency, Hon. Francis Damilare Eniade, has successfully completed his screening before the committee constituted by the National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abuja, declaring that he is fully prepared for the task ahead.

Eniade, who was screened alongside other aspirants seeking various elective positions under the platform of the APC, impressed members of the screening committee with his grassroots credentials, commitment to party development and long-standing contributions to the growth of the party within and outside the constituency.

Speaking shortly after the exercise, the aspirant expressed confidence in the future of the APC in Osun State and reaffirmed his readiness to provide purposeful representation for the people of Ifelodun, Boripe, and Odo-Otin Federal Constituency. 

According to Eniade, the time has come for leadership that understands the daily struggles of the people and is willing to work closely with them to deliver practical solutions.

His words: “I am fully prepared for this responsibility. Over the years, I have built relationships with our people across the constituency, and I understand their expectations. This journey is about service, development, and giving our people a stronger voice at the national level.”

In recent years, Hon. Eniade has emerged as one of the most visible grassroots mobilisers within the APC in the constituency. 

Party members and stakeholders have continued to point to his consistency, loyalty, and support for party activities as major reasons many believe he deserves the party’s ticket ahead of the 2027 general election.

Beyond politics, Eniade has also built a reputation for humanitarian support and youth empowerment through the activities of the Eniade Foundation. Through the foundation, several young people have reportedly benefited from educational support, business assistance, skill acquisition programmes, and empowerment initiatives targeted at reducing unemployment and social hardship across communities within the federal constituency.

His campaign message, which focuses on people-centred representation, youth empowerment, quality healthcare, quality education, infrastructure development, integrity, and accountability, has continued to gain attention among party faithful and residents across the constituency. 

Many supporters also believe his background as an entrepreneur and philanthropist places him in a strong position to understand the economic realities facing ordinary people.

Political observers within the constituency also note that Eniade’s growing popularity is connected to his extensive grassroots consultations and community engagements across the federal constituency. 

In the last few months alone, he has toured all 38 wards in Ifelodun, Boripe, and Odo-Otin, meeting party leaders, youths, women groups, artisans, traders, and community stakeholders.

Residents in several communities visited during the tour commended his accessibility and willingness to engage directly with people at the grassroots level, describing him as one of the few aspirants who has maintained consistent contact with the people beyond election periods.

His support for the 2026 governorship ambition of the APC candidate in Osun State, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO), has also attracted attention within the party. As part of efforts to strengthen the party’s campaign structure ahead of the election, Eniade donated buses and other logistics materials to support mobilisation activities across the state.

Supporters and admirers say the gesture further demonstrated his commitment to the growth and electoral success of the APC, especially at a time the party is intensifying efforts to reclaim Osun State.

Eniade has also remained vocal in his support for the second-term agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, insisting that the reforms being implemented by the administration require continuity, patience, and support from Nigerians to achieve long-term national growth and stability.

Within the APC Youth Forum in Ifelodun/Boripe/Odo-Otin Federal Constituency, support for Eniade’s aspiration has continued to grow steadily. Members of the forum, while speaking after his successful screening, described him as a committed party man who has invested time, resources and energy into strengthening the APC over the years.

According to the group, the party must begin to reward loyalty, consistency, and service by giving opportunities to individuals who have remained committed to its progress even outside election periods. They maintained that Eniade’s contributions to party development, youth mobilisation, and community empowerment make him a strong and credible choice for the House of Representatives seat.

Many within the constituency believe that his emergence would not only strengthen the APC’s chances in the 2027 elections but also provide the constituency with active and accessible representation focused on development and people-oriented policies.

As political activities gradually gather momentum ahead of 2027, Hon. Francis Damilare Eniade is determined to position himself as a grassroots politician with a message centred on unity, empowerment, and inclusive development for the people of Ifelodun, Boripe, and Odo-Otin Federal Constituency.
