18 Years Of Unpredictable Legacy: Boripe Lg Chairman, Hon. Sikiru Odebunmi, Hails Aragbiji On 18th Coronation Anniversary

 

The Executive Chairman of Boripe Local Government, Hon. Sikiru Odebunmi Sikiru , on behalf of the government and good people of Boripe Local Government, heartily felicitates His Royal Majesty,  Oba Abdur-Rasheed Ayotunde Olabomi , Odundun IV, the Aragbiji of Iragbijiland, on the glorious occasion of his 18th Coronation Anniversary.  

Hon. Odebunmi described Kabiyesi’s 18-year reign as an era of unpredictable legacy, defined by visionary leadership, uncommon wisdom, and transformative strides that have repositioned Iragbiji as a reference point for peace, culture, and development in Osun State and beyond.  

He noted that under the reign of Oba Olabomi, Iragbijiland has recorded remarkable progress in infrastructure development, educational advancement, cultural renaissance, youth empowerment, and communal harmony. The Chairman added that Kabiyesi’s commitment to modernization without eroding tradition has earned Iragbiji national and global recognition.  

“Kabiyesi is a royal father with a difference — a bridge builder, a reformer, and a father to all. His interventions in security, investment promotion, and human capital development have brought pride and prosperity to our people. His reign continues to inspire sons and daughters of Iragbiji at home and in the diaspora to give back to their source,” Hon. Odebunmi stated.  

The Chairman lauded the monarch’s fatherly role in fostering unity among traditional institutions in Iragbiji and across Boripe Local Government, as well as his strategic partnership with successive governments to attract meaningful projects to the grassroots.  

As Kabiyesi marks 18 impactful years on the throne of his forebears, Hon. Odebunmi prayed to Almighty God to grant him longer life in good health, sound mind, and greater wisdom to continue his selfless service to humanity and the preservation of the rich heritage of Iragbijiland.  

He reaffirmed the unalloyed loyalty and total support of the people and government of Boripe Local Government to the Aragbiji, assuring His Royal Majesty of continuous collaboration for the peace, growth, and prosperity of Iragbiji, Boripe, and Osun State at large.
