Prince Abdulrasheed Muideen Aderemi, popularly known as Romeo, a leading 2027 aspirant for the Osogbo Federal Constituency seat in the House of Representatives, joined the National Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Dr. Surajudeen Ajibola Basiru (SRJ), on a courtesy visit to former Governor of Osun State and pioneer National Chairman of the party, Chief Adebisi Akande, at his residence in Ila-Orangun.

The visit coincided with that of the APC Governorship candidate in Osun State for the August 15 gubernatorial election, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO), who was in the company of the Director General of the AMBO/Adereti Campaign Council, Hon. Oluwole Oke.

The high-level engagement at Baba Akande’s residence drew an array of notable APC chieftains, including Senator Francis Adenigba Fadahunsi, Alhaji Akofe Olohunlalaro, Hon. Felix Adeniran Ibitoye, Hon. Kamil Oyedele, Dr. Tunde Faleye, Prince Adebayo Adeleke, Rt. Hon. Adejare Bello, Hon. Femi Kujembola, Hon. Femi Popoola, Dr. Adebisi Obawale, and other prominent leaders of the All Progressives Congress in Osun State.

In a related development, Romeo also attended the Osun Central Women for AMBO Strategic Engagement, an initiative led by the Osun Central APC Women Leader, Alhaja Musleemat Ibrahim. The engagement serves as a strategic platform to mobilize APC women across Osun Central in preparation for the August 15 gubernatorial election, with a focus on strengthening grassroots support and voter turnout.

The engagements reflect the ongoing consultations and unity of purpose within the APC in Osun State, as party leaders and stakeholders intensify efforts toward securing victory in the forthcoming governorship poll.
