Osun 2026: Prince Dr. Abdulrasheed Muideen Romeo Hails Wole Oke’s Appointment as Campaign DG, Says APC Set for Victory

Prince Dr. Abdulrasheed Muideen Romeo has applauded the emergence of Hon. Oluwole Oke  as the Director-General of the All Progressives Congress (APC) campaign for the 2026 Osun State governorship election, describing the decision as timely and strategic.

In a statement released by his media office, Prince Romeo commended the leadership of the APC in Osun State for its foresight in appointing Hon. Wole Oke Boo, noting that his wealth of political experience, grassroots connection, and consistent electoral victories position him as the right man for the role.

According to him, Hon. Wole Oke has over the years built a strong reputation as a “serial winner,” distinguished by resilience, performance, and an unmatched ability to connect with the people.

“Hon. Wole Oke is a tested and trusted leader whose track record speaks for itself. His emergence as Campaign DG clearly shows that our party is focused, prepared, and determined to secure victory in the 2026 governorship election,” Prince Romeo stated.

He expressed confidence that with Hon. Oke leading the campaign structure, the APC would effectively mobilize across all local government areas and deliver a resounding victory for its candidate, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO), in the August 15, 2026 election.

Prince Romeo also called on party members and supporters across the state to remain united and committed, emphasizing the importance of collective effort in achieving electoral success.

“With unity, dedication, and the right leadership, victory is assured. I urge all party faithful to close ranks and work tirelessly toward returning the APC to power in Osun State,” he added.

He further reaffirmed his commitment to the success of the party, pledging to mobilize strong grassroots support toward ensuring a decisive win at the polls.
