An Inaugural Meeting of the All Progressives Congress 2026 Gubernatorial Campaign Committee for Odo-Otin Local Government was held today

The well attended meeting of leaders in Odo-Otin Local Government pledge support for the election of Asiwaju Munirundeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO) as the next Executive Governor of Osun State.

Stakeholders in Odo-Otin Local Government converged at the Inisa country home of the leader of the Ifelodun Boripe Odo-Otin Federal Constituency, Comrade Poju Odusola with a view of addressing progressive party politics, synergy, collaboration, strategic coordination and leadership engagement towards a landslide electoral victory for the forthcoming Saturday August 15th Gubernatorial election that will eventually usher Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji as the next Executive Governor of Osun State.

The high-level meeting was attended by key party stakeholders focused on deepening unity, enhancing coordination, and strengthening party structures in preparation for the forthcoming gubernatorial election on Saturday August 15th, 2026.

Discussions highlighted the critical importance of collective responsibility, responsiveness, robust grassroots mobilisation and sustained engagement with the voters at the units, wards and local government levels.

The strategic meeting borders on intellectual engagement & interactive session which unanimously reaffirmed their renewed commitment to the shared vision and resolved to work in synergy to ensure a successful and monumental electoral victory at the poll.

The Convener of the meeting who doubles as the Secretary of the IBO Federal Constituency for the 2026 Gubernatorial Campaign Committee, Prince Adeniran Kilomodemo Ibitoye fondly called KLM maintained and stressed the need for internal party democracy, discipline, cohesion and dedication while our collective victory can be guaranteed, secured, protected and delivered when all hands are deck in unity and work harmoniously for the success of the Gubernatorial and subsequent elections come 2027. 

Chief Shuaib Oyedokun and Comrade Poju Odusola has applauded the appointment of the Director-General, Hon. Oluwole Oke as widely adjudged by party members as a role peg in a round hole and the best man for the job considering his wealth of experience in election strategy, planning, execution and human resource management.

Stakeholders  commended the ingenuity and responsiveness demonstrated by the newly appointed Director General Hon.Wole Oke for reaching out with the relevant stakeholders and leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) immediately after official declaration of the Statewide campaign so as to revalidate and concretize party loyalty with the renewed hope vision, consistency and mobilizing all partyl structures across State.

The Renewed Hope Ambassador Ayodele Adepoju and other notable leaders applauded the responsiveness to issues bordering on election planning and maintained that strategy without tactics is the slowest route to success while tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat, hence commended the newly appointed Osun State All Progressives Congress Director General for combining strategies and tactics that will address all concerns reiterating election matters, internal democracy, reward systems, inclusiveness, voters' literacy & advocacy, sensitization and civic engagements of voters and effective coordination at all levels.
