Begins Massive Mobilisation for AMBO, Tinubu

Retirees Declare Support for APC Candidates

The leadership of the Osun State chapter of the City Boy Movement on Saturday declared resolution to mobilize voters  massively towards the emergence of the All Progressives Congress, APC in the future elections in the state.

The Movement disclosed it resolve to continuously propagate the good works of the federal government led by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and ensure his victory in 2027 election, and that of the APC gubernatorial candidate in the forthcoming Osun State governorship election, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO).

This is even as the Movement doled out Seyi Tinubu-sponsored fasting relief package to over 2000 households at Ileri-Oluwa campaign office, Osogbo, just as Osun retirees declared support for Oyebamiji's emergence.

Speaking at the occasion, the State Director, Osun City Boy Movement, Engr. Kayode Sowade described the Movement as a formidable frontier to bridge the palpable gaps between the masses, undecided voters and politicians in the state.

According to him, the Movement is a formation of youth painstakingly formed to spread and propagate the good works of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Corroborating the statement, the State Coordinator, Osun City Boy Movement, Hon. Ajani Gaffar Ayodeji, said the Movement is resolute to mobilize electorate, particularly undecided voters in the forthcoming Osun gubernatorial election and ensure the return of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for a second term.

He added: "City Boy Movement is all about empowering masses particularly youths. It is a bridge between the masses, undecided voters and politicians. It is a formation of youth spread across the country. This is conceived having noticed that many of the good works of the present administration under the leadership of President Tinubu are not adequately propagated to the people. Infact many do not even know most of the projects being executed by the current government hence the formation of the Movement. That is why we have been going all out to the people to advocate and propagate the good works of our President and to mobilize electorate to vote massively for the APC in the future elections. We have been spreading the gospel and we shall continue to do so to ensure the emergence of AMBO and reelection of President Tinubu.

"As to the Ramadan package being distributed today, which is actually sponsored by our patron - Barrister Seyi Tinubu, different groups such as artisans, students, market women, Okada riders, tricycle operators, NURTW, RTEAN, NATA, Pensioners, Civil Society Organizations among others have benefitted largely from this initiative today as over 2,200 households have received the welfare package."

In his remarks, Osun City Boy Director of Mobilization, Comrade Kehinde Ayantunji lauded the initiative described it as a panacea to eliminate communication gap between the masses and government.

He appealed to the people to take maximum advantage of the ongoing Continuous Voter's Registration exercise, CVR and mobilize massively for the victories of the party in the forthcoming governorship election and 2027 general elections in the country.

Speaking on behalf of beneficiaries particularly retirees, State Chairman, Osun Retirees, Comrade Ilesanmi Omoloye expressed profound gratitude to the members of Osun City Boy Movement for counting retirees worthy.

He expressed confidence in the Oyebamiji's charismatic quality,  competence, capacity, capability and wherewithal to lead Osun to promised land when elected Governor.

"Oyebamiji is our man. He is a man of integrity, he is a trusted politician, a reliable, dependable and truthful personality that can take our state to enviable heights when elected Governor. We have confidence that during his time, things would be more better for the people and we want all to vote massively for Oyebamiji's emergence in the next governorship election in Osun State", Comrade Omoloye added.
