Osun 2026:- Hon. Adegbite Resumes Ward Tour in Ife South Local Government

The Executive Chairman of Ife South Local Government, Hon. (Prince) Mufutau Adegbite, has officially resumed ward-to-ward tour across the local government area following the successful conclusion of the Eid-el-Fitr celebrations.

The tour, which was temporarily paused to allow residents fully observe the festive period, is aimed at strengthening grassroots engagement, assessing community needs, and ensuring that the dividends of democracy reach every corner of the local government.

Speaking at the resumption at Kere and Oke Owena Ward respectively, Hon. Mufutau Adegbite reiterated his administration’s commitment to inclusive governance and sustainable development. He emphasized that the ward tour provides a vital platform for direct interaction with the people, enabling the government to better understand their concerns and prioritize projects accordingly.

Residents and community leaders have continued to express appreciation for the Chairman’s proactive approach, noting that the tour has brought government closer to the people while fostering transparency and accountability.

Addressing  party faithfuls at Aba tuntun community in Ikija ward 1 today, The Chairman assured all wards yet to be visited that they will be duly covered, urging citizens to remain supportive and actively participate in the ongoing engagements.

The ward tour is expected to continue in the coming days, with renewed focus on community development, welfare initiatives, and infrastructure improvements across Ife South Local Government.
