Barr. Seun Odofin – A Lasting Legacy in Obokun and Oriade Federal Constituency (Part 2 )
Part 2 of the documentary series on the legacy and developmental initiatives of Barr. Building on the successes of his previous projects, including the installation of solar streetlights and construction of modern brick-block classrooms, Barr. Odofin's latest endeavour involves the provision of solar-powered boreholes in several wards across Oriade and Obokun Local Government areas.
Through the Odofin Oasis Foundation, Barr. Odofin has facilitated the construction of these boreholes in strategic locations, including Ward 3 Ijebu Jesa, Ward 4 Iwoye Ijesa, Ward 8 Bolorunduro, Ward 7 Owena, Ward 12 Iwaraja, in Oriade Local Government area and Ward 5 and Ward 8 Otan Ile in Obokun Local Government area, among others. These initiatives have significantly improved access to potable water, thereby reducing the risk of waterborne diseases in the region.
