Barr. Seun Odofin Congratulates Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO) on His New Academic Feat

The respected Chairman and Founder of Odofin Oasis Foundation, Barr. Seun Odofin, joins family, friends and political associates to extend heartfelt congratulations to the incoming Governor of Osun State, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO), on his recent matriculation as a Doctoral candidate in Public Administration and Governance at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile‑Ife.

In a statement, Barr. Odofin described AMBO’s achievement as “a powerful tool for collective social engineering and capacity development essential for leadership and good governance.” He added that the Doctorate programme will further equip AMBO with the governance and leadership training necessary to steer Osun State effectively when he assumes office in November 2026.

Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO), a former Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Nigeria Inland Waterways Authority (NIWA), brings a distinguished academic background that includes a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Banking and Finance, Master’s degrees in Public Administration and Business Administration & Management, and Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. These qualifications have sharpened his understanding of public institutions, development, and responsible leadership.
