As Governor Ademola Adeleke's administration in Osun State marks three years in office, Hon. Amb Olabode Oluwatobi Divine has issued a scathing assessment of its performance, describing the period as marked by neglect, poor planning, and failure to deliver on critical sectors.

Hon. Divine noted that the economy lacks direction, with businesses struggling and investors discouraged. Citizens face rising living costs, unemployment, and limited opportunities, attributed to the government's lack of focus and planning.

The agricultural sector is stagnant, with no support for farmers or programs to boost productivity, food security, or youth employment. Education has suffered, with no teacher recruitment, inadequate infrastructure, and insufficient learning materials.

Hon. Divine criticized the administration's handling of traditional institutions, noting that three Obas were removed, creating tensions and weakening the state's cultural fabric. Civil service stability has been undermined, with teachers and health workers dismissed, worsening unemployment and eroding public services.

He observed that human capital development is lacking, with no sustained youth empowerment programs or vocational training. Security remains inadequate, with no new patrol vehicles provided to support agencies.

Hon. Divine described the Governor's foreign trips as unproductive and diverting attention from local challenges. He concluded that the administration scores "very low" on all major indicators and called for focused, committed, and people-centered leadership to restore progress and stability in Osun State.
