Day 2: Hon. Chief Adeniyi Ismail Oluwatosin Graces the Aje Festival in Ajaba Land, Lends Humble Support to the Monarch

The second day of the Aje Festival at Ajaba Land was suffused with splendor, merriment, and cultural grandeur as indigenes and well-wishers converged once more to honor tradition and celebrate progress. The festival, under the royal custodianship of His Royal Majesty, Oba Bisiriyu Adekunle Adeniji Kajewole I, the Owaloja of Kajola Ajaba, reached another climax as distinguished sons and daughters of the land and beyond were honored with Meritorious Awards for their outstanding contributions across various fields of human endeavor.

Adding glamour and prestige to the ceremony was the presence of the Bobaselu of Ajaba Kingdom and prominent APC Chieftain of Boluwaduro, Ifedayo, and Ila Federal Constituency, Hon. Chief Adeniyi Ismail Oluwatosin (AIO), whose participation underscored his unflinching support for cultural heritage, communal development, and royal institutions.

While addressing the gathering, Hon. Oluwatosin spoke with humility and depth of wisdom, declaring that:

 “Supporting His Royal Majesty is akin to supporting oneself. Any investment, whether in the life of an individual, in the prosperity of a town, or in the progress of a nation is essentially an investment in oneself. When we uplift others, we, in turn, uplift our own existence.”

He further congratulated the recipients of the Meritorious Awards, describing them as shining lights whose impacts continue to resonate across and beyond Ajaba Land. He urged them not to rest on their laurels but to make indelible marks that would further gladden the heart of the monarch and bring immeasurable joy to the community. According to him, honors come with responsibilities, and the truest way to appreciate recognition is to intensify efforts toward service, progress, and community upliftment.

In a prayer-laden conclusion, Hon. Oluwatosin beseeched Almighty God to grant all awardees continuous progress, prosperity, serenity, and the strength to remain steadfast torchbearers of Ajaba Land’s greatness.

The occasion, once again, attracted an impressive constellation of eminent personalities, political leaders, traditional chiefs, youth vanguards, women leaders, and illustrious sons and daughters of Ila-Orangun who turned out in their numbers to celebrate both the festival and the deserving honorees. The atmosphere was charged with joy, camaraderie, and cultural pride, which made the second day of the Aje Festival another memorable milestone in the annals of Ajaba Land.

With the grand finale yet to come, the festival continues to reaffirm the deep-rooted cultural identity, communal strength, and progressive aspirations of Ajaba Kingdom.
