JUNE 12 DEMOCRACY DAY CELEBRATION : Odebunmi Sikiru Hails President Tinubu's Administration On Local Government Autonomy

Today, as we celebrate 25 years of uninterrupted democratic governance in Nigeria, I, Hon. Odebunmi Sikiru, Executive Chairman of Boripe Local Government, wish to commend President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration for its commitment to promoting Local Government Autonomy.

The President's efforts to strengthen local governance and promote democracy at the grassroots level are laudable and deserving of our collective support.

As we mark this significant milestone in our nation's democratic journey, I urge all Nigerians to reflect on the progress we have made and the challenges we still face. Let us recommit ourselves to the principles of democracy, justice, and equality.

Once again, I commend President Tinubu's administration for its efforts to deepen democracy and promote local government autonomy.
