Eid-el-kabir: Boripe LG Chairman, Hon. Sikiru Odebunmi Calls For Peace, Unity, And Harmony

The Chairman of Boripe Local Government Area, Hon. Sikiru Odebunmi, has felicitated with Muslims in the council area and beyond on the occasion of Eid-el-Kabir, calling for peace, unity, and harmony among the people.

In his Eid-el-Kabir message issued through the Media Unit, Office of the Chairman, Boripe LG, Hon. Odebunmi urged Muslims to emulate the virtues of Prophet Ibrahim, who demonstrated unwavering obedience and faith in Allah by sacrificing his beloved son, Ismail.

"As we celebrate Eid-el-Kabir, I urge you all to reflect on the significance of this festival, which is rooted in the values of sacrifice, obedience, and compassion. Let us strive to uphold these values in our daily lives, promoting peace, unity, and harmony among our people," Hon. Odebunmi said.

He also prayed for Allah's guidance, protection, and blessings upon the Muslim community, the local government, and the nation at large.
