Osun ALGON felicitates Oyetola's wife on her 65th birthday

The leadership and members of Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON), Osun State Chapter, have congratulated the wife of the former Governor of osun state and Hon minister for marine and blue economy, Alhaja Kafayat Oyetola on her 65th birthday.

Osun ALGON described Mrs Oyetola as a virtuous, caring, reliable and loving mother who has greatly impacted on the lives of many people, a woman it said all men should seek.

This was contained in a congratulatory message, signed by the ALGON Chairman, Hon Idowu Abiodun and made available today in Osogbo.

According to the ALGON, Alhaja Oyetola has been a very strong pillar of support for the tenures of Abiodun Idowu as ALGON Chairman and ALGON members till today.  She contributed to the achievements of her husband as the former Governor of osun state and current minister for marine and blue economy.

Osun ALGON noted that the first lady through her NGO, Ilerioluwa Development Initiatives had contributed immensely to the growth and development of the State, adding that the celebrant is one of the greatest  promoters of the former Governor Oyetola's developmental agenda in Osun State.

It added that her numerous interventions for women and children vis-a-vis vulnerable people in the State had helped so much in the fight against hunger and reduction of poverty in the State.

Our mama has demonstrated a high sense of commitment and passion for the welfare of the down trodden. Her campaign against sexual and gender-based violence in Osun State has helped to reduce the incidence of rape and other forms of gender-based violence in the state.

We join other well-wishers to celebrate a virtuous, caring, reliable, loving woman,  who always make do with what she has and this is the type of women that all men should seek.
