The Osun State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has welcomed the official recognition of its "Yes or No" chairmen by the Association of Local Government of Nigeria (ALGON).

This development is a significant blow to the People's Democratic Party (PDP) in Osun State, which had been contesting the legitimacy of the APC chairmen.

The APC chairmen, who were reinstated by the Court of Appeal, have been recognized by ALGON as the authentic leaders of the local government councils in Osun State.

We commend ALGON for upholding the rule of law and recognizing the legitimate occupants of the local government councils.
