 The Aragbiji Palace, the revered palace of the Aragbiji of Iragbiji, successfully hosted a thought-provoking Ramadan lecture, which focused on addressing the current economic challenges facing the nation.

The lecture, which was the second in the series of Ramadan lectures held at the palace, brought together esteemed scholars, economists, and community leaders to share insights and proffer solutions to the economic challenges facing the nation.

The lecturer, Alhaji Ahmad Ayegbami, emphasized the need for a multi-faceted approach to addressing the current economic challenges, including investing in human capital, promoting entrepreneurship, and fostering economic diversification. He also urged all Local Governments in Nigeria to focus on agriculture as a key driver of economic growth.

The Aragbiji of Iragbiji, His Royal Majesty, Oba Abdul-Rasheed Ayotunde Olabomi (Odundun IV), expressed his gratitude to the guests and speakers, stating that the lecture was a testament to the palace's commitment to promoting intellectual discourse and community development.

The event also featured a question-and-answer session, where the Aragbiji presented gifts to audience members who provided correct answers.

Notable attendees  included, Chief Imam of Iragbiji, Sheik Afolabi Atewogbade, Chief Imam of Ororuwo, Sheik AbdulGaniyyu Bello Adeyanju, Former Register of UniOsun, Alhaji Shittu and his wife, Alh. AbdulWahab Adewoyin, Alh. Sarafadeen Ademola, Former Boripe LG Council Chairman, Hon. Tajudeen Ayantoye,  Dr. Olatunji Moshood, HOD Political Science , Fountain University, Osogbo, and other dignitaries. 

The palace invites the public to join in the upcoming Week Three Ramadan lectures, which promise to be enlightening and thought-provoking.
