Aragbiji Palace Hosts Ramadan Iftar, Strengthens Community Bonds

Iragbiji, Osun State 

The Aragbiji of Iragbiji, His Royal Majesty  Oba Abdur-Rasheed Ayotunde Olabomi  (JP) FCIPM, FNIM, MNIPR, FAFUED FOSCOTECH Odundun IV Asoludero, and Pro-Chancellor, Chairman of the Governing Council of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNANB) hosted a Ramadan Iftar , bringing together members of the Iragbiji community to break their fast and promote unity during the holy month of Ramadan.

The event, which took place on at Aragbiji Palace Pavilion today Sunday, 23 march 2025,  was attended by dignitaries, Islamic scholars, community leaders, and sons and daughters of Iragbiji.

 The Iftar featured prayers, inspiring speeches, and a sumptuous feast, symbolizing the breaking of the fast.

Oba Olabomi, in his remarks, emphasized the importance of coming together as a community during Ramadan, promoting peace, love, and understanding. 

He urged the attendees to use the period of Ramadan to reflect on their lives, seek forgiveness, and strive for spiritual growth.

The Ramadan Iftar at the Aragbiji Palace is a yearly tradition that aims to strengthen community bonds, promote unity, and foster a sense of togetherness among the people of Iragbiji.
