Osun State Prayer Warriors Organize Special Prayer Session for APC and Leaders

The Osun State Prayer Warriors, led by Prophetess Wumi Ogunfolaju, held a powerful prayer session for the All Progressives Congress (APC), President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and the Hon Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, His Excellency Adegboyega Oyetola. The event, which gathered notable party members and spiritual leaders, was centred on seeking divine guidance and strength for the success of the party and its leaders.

Prophetess Wumi Ogunfolaju, the convener of the event, shared how God had touched her heart, inspiring her to urge all APC members to remain loyal and deeply committed to the growth of the party. She emphasized the importance of unity and loyalty to the party’s vision and leadership.

Ven. Fayemi, invited as the spiritual father for the occasion, also addressed the gathering, encouraging all APC members to increase their commitment to the party. He cited the biblical story of David and Goliath as a reminder that with faith and unity, the party can overcome any opposition. Pastor Fayemi led prayers for the success of the APC and the guidance and wisdom of the party’s leaders.

Hon. Rasak Adeosun also joined in the prayers, urging party members to avoid spreading rumours that could harm the unity of the party. He cautioned that such actions could create division and hinder the party's progress, stressing the importance of maintaining harmony and focus within the party.

In her address, APC Women Leader Mrs Fakokunde reminded the gathering to be cautious with their posts on social media, as misinformation could undermine the party’s efforts. She emphasized that only the party’s leaders have the authority to decide the APC’s flag bearer, calling for an end to agitation that could harm the party’s chances in the upcoming gubernatorial election.

Several other men and women of God also offered prayers for the success of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration, asking for God’s favour and guidance in the nation’s leadership.

In her vote of thanks, Prophetess Wumi Ogunfolaju expressed gratitude to key individuals for their unwavering support. She thanked the Osun State APC Chairman, Alhaji Tajudeen Lawal Sooko, HE Adegboyega Oyetola, Elder Kunle Odeyemi, Osun State Women Leader Mrs Fakokunde, Engr Thomas Ogungbangbe, Hon Dayo Fashola  and Hon Omotola Odeyemi for their continued love and dedication to the party and the prayer event’s success.
