Former Governor of Osun State, Adegboyega  Oyetola has been lauded by residents of Iragbiji, his immediate community, over his kind donation of 360 Bags of Rice to families in the ancient town.

This kind gesture by the Minister of Marine and Blue Economy has brought immense joy and relief to the community, as the timely intervention would alleviate the economic burden on many families, particularly during the end-of-the-year holiday.

Leaders in the community have also commended the Minister for his kindness, describing the gesture as a "welcome relief" for the community.

"We are deeply grateful to Adegboyega Oyetola for this kind gesture. The rice will go a long way in supporting our families and communities during this festive period", said a community leader.

Oba Abdul-Rasheed Ayotunde Olabomi Odundun IV, the Aragbiji of Iragbiji, has also commended Oyetola for his commitment to social welfare and community development. The monarch praised Oyetola's efforts to support the community, noting that the food items would have a positive impact on the lives of many families.

Each compound in Iragbiji would receive three bags of rice, ensuring that the benefits of Oyetola's kindness are shared equitably among the community.
