Born on May 2, 1982, in Iragbiji, Osun State, Nigeria, he holds multiple degrees, including a Ph.D. in Housing and Estate Development and another Ph.D. in Behavioral Finance from Aston Business School, Birmingham, UK. 

As the founder and managing director of Efficacy Construction Company, Dr. Ajiboye has built a reputation for excellence and innovation in the industry. His educational background is impressive, with a (link unavailable) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from the University of Lagos, an MBA with distinction from Lincoln University, Oakland, California, USA, and an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Salford, Manchester, UK. 

Dr. Ajiboye's achievements are numerous, and his leadership has been recognized through various awards and honors. 

He is a fellow of several prestigious institutions, including the Nigeria Society of Engineers, Harvard Negotiation Institute, and the Joint Centre for Housing Studies
