The 33rd Iragbiji Day Celebration is just around the corner, scheduled for Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 10 am at ,x CX x, za xz__ ,😀🥳 Oke-Iragbiji Grammar School Play Field in Iragbiji, Osun State.
This year's theme, "Continue in CONSOLIDATING OUR FRONTIERS," reflects the community's commitment to building on its achievements.
The celebration will be hosted by His Excellency, Alhaji Isiaka Adegboyega Oyetola (CON), the Honorable Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, alongside His Royal Majesty Oba Abdur-Rasheed Ayotunde Olabomi (JP) FCIPM, FNIM, MNIPR, Odundun IV, the Aragbiji of Iragbiji Land, and the Iragbiji Development Association.
Interestingly, Iragbiji is also set to become home to a new Federal University of Agriculture and Development Studies, following a recent bill passed by the Nigerian Senate.
This development is expected to drive innovation and economic growth in the region, aligning with the federal government's "back to land" policy.
