He started his educational career from OUR LADY OF FATIMA NURSERY AND PRIMARY SCHOOL OKE ARESA IRAGBIJI,he proceeded to Amota community high school ororuwo where he obtained O level certificate,he later went to Osun state college of education ila-orangun where he obtained him NATIONAL CERTIFICATE IN EDUCATION NCE. he further to UNIVERSITY OF Lagos in affliction to Osun state college of education ilesa. Where is he obtained his Bed.

Utility is a well know politicians during his higher education level,

He practice being a politician when he finished his educational career out side. He is a grass roots politicians from Alliance for Democracy AD to Action congress of Nigeria ACN to All progressive congress APC.

He has agitated for some political posts from ward 02 unit 3 isale Oyo iragbiji several times. Osun state house of assembly. But stepped down for other political colleagues. He was the pioneer and cordinator of ILERI OLUWA MEDIA TEAM.

Popoola Opeyemi Utility was appointed as personal assistant to governor on Media from His Excellency Former Governor Adegboyega Oyetola and he is still part of renewed hope group of president Bola Hammed Tinubu
