OSUN NAWOJ APPRECIATES GOV OYETOLA FOR APPOINTING ITS MEMBER AS COORDINATING DIRECTOR

Nigeria Association of Women Journalists, NAWOJ Osun Chapter has commended Governor Adegboyega Oyetola for appointing its member, Barrister Mrs. Olubukola Aderibigbe as the Coordinating Director, Ministry of Information and Civic Orientation.

In a statement issued by Osun  NAWOJ Chairperson, Mrs Motunrayo Ayegbayo and the Secretary, Comrade Abisola Ariwodola, described Governor Oyetola as a Gender Friendly governor, lauded him for his gender friendly policies in the state.

According to the statement, the Association gave kudos to the Osun Governor for identifying and acknowledging the competence of Women Journalists without bias, describing the recognition as worthy of emulation.

NAWOJ also appreciated the office of the Head of Service headed by Dr Olowogboyega Oyebade and the Commissioner for Information Mrs Funke Egbemode for being objective in the selection process which aided the appointment.

The statement also described the new Coordinating Director of the Ministry of Information and Civic Orientation, Mrs Olubukola Aderibigbe as a lawyer and thoroughbred professional journalist skilled in the rudiments of journalism with years of experience to her credit.

While Congratulating the Ministry of Information and Civic Orientation for receiving an exemplified and goal getter Mrs Olubukola Aderibigbe as Coordinating Director, the association wishes her a successful tenure in office.

Osun NAWOJ further lauded Governor Adegboyega Oyetola for the various developmental projects ongoing in the state, NAWOJ prayed for the success of his administration.
